I am from Philippines I bought samsung galaxy tab 2 7 p3100 last May 4, 2013 3days after I bought my tablet I tried to took picture of my son in golf course MSU, Marawi City. when we get home I ask my wife to see the photos I took in golf course when I browse the photos I only saw blank gray I said to my self maybe I took it to fast. then after 2weeks I tried to took picture of my fowls in my backyard then there I notice that there is something wrong with the tablets camera. i went to samsung center in Limkitkai Cagayan de oro city and they repair my Tab. that's what they said. the next day I tried to took picture of my chicken in my backyard again and it still gives me a black gray frame. i went to samsung center again they replace the Camera WHAT!! IT'S BRANDNEW!!! they must replace my unit not repair it after a week they call that my tablet is ok. again I tried it again in my backyard then still GIVES ME THE FUCKING BLACK GRAY! then I emailed to Samsung Philippines through samsung.com.ph I submitted a request for replacement and I receive an email saying to give my unit to samsung center main in cagayan de oro city to request the replacement!! I Am so Fucking HAPPY!!! after 2weeks I haven't heard about my Request I tried to email again to samsung philippines main then they gave me a number and I been pass through to 3 person just to know the status of my request!! suddenly I haven't got any answer!! 3rd week I email them again and the response saying that I am not on the list of people to replace their UNIT! I went to samsung center main here in cagayan de oro city they said it was approve and the my unit is already there but they gave me another number to call to ask my UNIT! WHAT!!! ok I went HOME very frustrated! next day they call that FINALY MY UNIT IS READY TO PICK UP!!! I SAID THANK YOU SOO MUCH!!! VERY EXCITED I receive the unit box with sealed I SAID YES THEY replaced it next day I tried it again at my backyard. FUUCCCKKKK! STILL GAVES ME SAME FUCKING BLACK FRAME!!!! NOW I THINK THEY DIDN'T REPLACED IT!! THEY JUST CHANGE THE CASING OF THE TABLET AND PUT IT IN A BOX THEN SEALED IT!!! FUCK!!!! DON't BUY CAN't TOOK PICTURE out SIDE TRIED TO CAPTURE A LARGE GREEN GRASS AREA IF IT CAN or in your backyard.
