TV is connected to the Sound bar via optical cable (Digital input port)

1) Inquiry: disconnect the SB to the TV it is fine; but now the SB ishaving a problem with it that the sound is coming in and out
2) Resources used:2118313146/ manual p19
3) Steps taken:-power cycle
-it happened to all the things like watchingTV and BD
-current connecetion:
-HDMI: CB to TV-optical able: SW to TV
- bp already reset the SW-HDMI-BD to SB/SW
-able to change the cables and it still the same-when playing a bluray disc/movie the problem is getting worst where inthey were not able to get the proper sound.
