I picked up the Griffin iTrip shortly after I got the iTrip Aux Bluetooth adapter for my car. It's very similar to the Outdoor Tech ADAPT Bluetooth headphone adapter.

It's a good way to make wired headphones wireless with Bluetooth so that you can charge and listen on phones without headphone jacks, like the iPhone 7.

In my case, it's because my iPhone 5 headphone jack is broken.

I'm annoyed that on my iPhone 5 I can't press and hold the iTrip Clip volume control to adjust volume. I have to press once for each volume setting up and down. It got annoying quickly. Maybe it's a phone issue, or maybe that's the way the iTrip Clip works.
