Hey what's up everyone! Today I've got a quick video for you. We're installing a dBrand skin on the LGv30 in about 2 minutes.

If you ever had a dbrand skin, then you know packaging's not their strong point, but hey, if it saves us some money, I'm all for it.
As you probably already guessed, I ordered the Red Dragon skin since I think it looks good on a black v30. I also ordered a stone color for the camera. You can get a similar setup for $XXX.

You'll also get this handy microfiber cloth which you'll need to start the process, so go ahead and open that up.

Now before I start, I make sure to shut off the heat or air so there's not dust or lint particles blowing around during my install. And then begin cleaning my phone.

Here, you'll just want to make sure there's no grease or grim on your phone.

I decided I'm not going to install the camera skin so I'll just put that over here.

Next, I completely remove the skin from the backing and flip it around about a third of the way down from the top so I can line up the skin.

I take my time here because I want it to look good. Having the backing in the middle like this allows me to make adjustments as necessary.

When I'm ready, I move the backing to the bottom for line up and inspect the top. If I'm happy with how things look, I lightly press the sides and top down into place.

Ok, good.

Now I flip the phone upside down and line up the bottom.

Just another reminder. It's important to check those sides and edges.

Once the inspect is complete, pull the backing as shown to remove it. It's like magic.

Next go ahead and flatten out the skin making sure to push the air to the sides and out starting from the middle going towards the bottom of the phone.

For the last step, you'll take the microfiber cloth and rub it 20 to 25 times on each side causing friction to heat the adhesive. Be sure to press down as you do this.

Now your done!

And you can enjoy your work.
