The following is guidelines to get your Earbud working Properly
1) Take any case you have off ( some cases have tight port, blocking Earbud Tip from being normally if the headphones doesnt go in properly or if its not giving out sound try to clean the headphone port it solves about 60% of the faults try it if it still doesnt .
