[UPDATE!] - It's fine now, seems everyone who has a JB from 10.1 to 10.2.1 has this issue and I didn't get scammed. I just didn't have enough information learned about this whole bit before jumping into it.

Also after I stopped recording, now when I fool with it in the Non-Jailbroken state, it will randomly for no reason just crash and restart by itself with no intervention from me, I had let the phone just sit there charging and it restarted, I played a little CSR2, and it restarted.

This was going to be a gift for someone special but it doesn't even function properly.

I'm going to say I totally got scammed.

I'm now calling it iPhone 7 Problem. I spent $730 total on it, If I just wanted a normal phone, people resell their 32gb devices around here for around $450. I got royally played/scammed.
