Samsung Microwave runs when time is 0 and when you close the door. The microwave is 2 years old and I do not feel this should be happening. Samsung sent out a company (Higher Standard Appliance) in Macomb Michigan to fix it, it was even worse after they fixed it as the Microwave would turn on randomly by itself. After calling Higher Standard Appliance they told me to take it up with Samsung, Samsung told me to take it up withe Higher Standard Appliance. At this point I will never use either again nor will I ever buy another Samsung Product. If you look out on youtube many people have had this issue. Besides having issues with the Samsung Microwave, I had a brand new Samsung Refrigerator that would dispense about 15 extra ice cubes after you pulled your cup away, Samsung tried to fix that but it never was fixed and fortunately Best Buy took it back. I also have a Samsung TV that is about 3 years old that has lines through it, again poor quality. They common household appliances should last more than years.
